UAE Business Visa

The UAE business visa is a visa program designed for foreign business owners who intend to establish a business in the UAE. The extension may be issued twice for 30 days each time, for a fee of AED 610. However, GCC residents must pay AED 260 and provide a passport copy for a 30-day extension.

Extensions beyond one month may be granted for healthcare entry permits, study permits, and entry permits for those accompanying GCC citizens. Healthcare entry permits may be extended up to 90 days for AED 510, entry permits for GCC citizens’ companions may be extended up to 60 days for AED 260, and study permits may be extended up to 90 days for AED 610.

The length of stay for visit entry permits will depend on the visitor’s purpose of visit, but it cannot exceed one year at the authority’s discretion. The authority’s head may extend the visit entry permit for serious reasons if all fees are paid.
