To be eligible for a jobseeker visa, the applicant must meet one of the following criteria:

The multiple entry visa allows the holder to stay in the UAE for 6 months, and it can be extended once for an additional 6 months, totaling 1 year in the UAE if the extension is taken.

You can open a company, apply for a trade license which is Valid for 1 year and become eligible for Business Visa also known as partner Visa. You can also apply for Golden Visa  1- years or Green Visa 5 years. 

You can open a Business Bank account, Have a legal business presence in UAE and open a Business Bank Account. You cannot open a Business Bank Account on a Personal Residency Visa.

Business Visa is also known as Partner Visa and is Valid for 2 years from the Date of Issue.

The processing time for visas is around 3-4 business days, but entry to the UAE is contingent on obtaining approval from immigration authorities. As part of its recent visa reforms, the UAE has introduced a new 60-day visa to replace the previous 90-day visa. Starting from October 3, 2022, visitors who require a visa to enter the UAE can obtain a single or multi-entry visa for 30 or 60 days.

The Multiple Entry  tourist visa in question is available to individuals of all nationalities. To be eligible for this visa, the applicant must have maintained a bank balance equivalent to 4,000 USD or more in foreign currencies over the last six months, as well as a valid health insurance policy applicable in the UAE.

Tourist Visa is only for a specified period of time after which the tourist has to leave the country. The same Tourist cannot re-enter the country using the previous Tourist Visa.

With Multiple Entry Tourist Visa, the person can re-enter back in UAE using the same Visa Details.

The cost of a UAE visit visa is dependent on the duration and type of entry. For a 3-month visit visa, the fees are AED 505 for a single entry and AED 805 for multiple entries. For a 90-day visit visa, the fees are AED 950 for a single entry and AED 1855 for multiple entries.

Dubai (UAE) has introduced a new visa extension policy that mandates visitors to exit the country to extend their visas. The Dubai visit visa can be renewed up to two times, resulting in a maximum extension period of 60 days.

If you have an entry permit for tourism, you are permitted to stay in the country for 30 days, and you are permitted to extend your visa twice for each 30-day period. The travel company that initially processed your Dubai tourist visa from India must also process your visa extension.

The recent regulations state that there will be a penalty of AED 50 per day for overstaying on visit, tourist or residence visas, which will be calculated from 10 days after the visa expiry date. You can confirm the validity of your visa by checking the eChannels platform of the ICA or the Dubai GDRFA website.

Individuals who overstay their visa in the UAE will be required to pay the complete overstay fines of AED 50 per day.

However, there is a grace period of 10 days provided for visit visa holders. If visitors are unable to leave the country due to airport closures or flight cancellations, they will not be charged fines for overstaying. Hence, Authorities in Immigration or Airport must be informed prior to Overstaying.

A foreigner can obtain an entry permit to enter the UAE to complete the process of their residence visa. The validity period of the entry permit for this purpose is two months for normal visas and green residence visas, which have a duration of one to five years. For golden visas, which allow for longer residency, the entry permit is valid for six months and allows for multiple entries.

Immigration approval is required for entry into the UAE. Visas issued are valid for entry into Dubai for a period of 60 days from the date of issuance, except for the 96-hour and 48-hour visas which are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
